Always reliable socks

I ordered more mid-calf waterproof socks for hiking after my last pair finally wore out. This is my third time buying from Drymile, and they've been consistently good. The quality is the same as my first order a few years ago. Shipping took about 6 days to get to me in Oregon, which is typical. No complaints, will definitely be back.

Gloves worked well

Got some touchscreen compatible waterproof gloves because my hands always get soaked cycling. They actually worked! My phone worked fine and my hands stayed dry on my morning commute. Shipping was pretty fast too, like 4 days. Happy with these, felt like a good purchase.

Good for fishing, minor shipping delay

I bought a pair of thermal waterproof socks for fishing this past month. They kept my feet surprisingly warm and dry in some chilly, wet conditions, which was the main goal. The waterproofing on these is legit. However, the delivery took a bit longer than I expected, around 8 days to reach me in Michigan, and the tracking wasn't updated for a couple of days in the middle there. The packaging was a little basic, just a standard polybag, but the product itself performed well. Overall, good value for the price, just wish the shipping was a tad smoother.

Just signed up for their newsletter, how long does it usually take for that first order discount code to show up in my email?

P Patricia Brown 3 weeks ago
Mine came almost instantly after I signed up, checked my spam folder too just in case.

Sometimes it takes a few minutes, like 5-10. If it's not there after a bit, try signing up again or reach out to them.

how long does shipping usually take to like, California? Need some new hiking socks before a trip next month.

J John 2 days ago
I'm in SoCal, usually get stuff within a week, maybe 5-7 business days. Depends on what shipping option you pick too.

Mine took about 6 days to get to Sacramento last time. Not super fast like Amazon Prime, but decent enough.

Can you stack promo codes on this site? Got a first-time buyer code and also saw something about free shipping over 50 bucks.

A Adam D. 4 weeks ago
Nah, generally you can only use one code at a time. The free shipping over $50 usually applies automatically though, so you can still get that with your discount code.

They usually only allow one discount code. I tried to combine a holiday sale with a newsletter signup code once and it didn't work.

Hey, wondering about these '100% waterproof' socks. Is that really true? Like, if I step in a puddle up to my ankle, will my foot stay dry?

G Grace Carter 1 month ago
Yeah, for real. I wore them fishing last weekend, stepped into a stream by accident. Feet stayed totally dry, kinda blew my mind.

They use some kind of membrane tech, it's not just a coating. My sealskinz did well but these seem to hold up just as good, if not better. Just don't get water *in* from the top, obviously.

Anyone know if Drymile does a military discount? My buddy said he got one but I can't find it anywhere on the site.

M Mary Rivera 1 month ago
They do, yeah. I think you gotta verify your status through some service, like ID.me or something similar. Check the footer links.

Pretty sure they have it. I saw it mentioned in one of the FAQs when I was looking for Black Friday deals. Worth an email to their support if you can't find the link.

Are these socks actually breathable? I'm worried about my feet getting all sweaty and swampy when it's warm, even if they're waterproof.

J Jeff L. 4 weeks ago
They are surprisingly breathable. I wore the lightweight ones on a rainy hike in like 60-degree weather and my feet didn't get clammy. Still, they're not like regular cotton socks for summer.

M Melissa Jackson 3 weeks ago
They use some tech to make them breathable, so you don't feel like you're wearing plastic bags. Good for active stuff in cool/wet weather, maybe not for scorching hot summer days.

What's the return policy like? Bought some gloves but I think I might need a different size. Is it a pain?

J John Jones 1 month ago
Nah, it's pretty straightforward. Just make sure they're unused and in their original packaging. I returned a hat once and it was smooth.

A Alex D. 1 month ago
I had to return a pair of socks that were too small, and it was easy. Just follow their instructions on the website for returns, you'll be fine.

What's the deal with sizing for the gloves? Do they run small or true to size? Trying to figure out if I need to size up for my big hands.

M Mary Roberts 2 weeks ago
I'd check their size chart on the product page, it's usually pretty accurate. I found my pair to be spot on with my normal glove size.

J Jason Turner 1 week ago
Mine were pretty true to size. If you're on the fence or between sizes, maybe go up one for a bit more room, especially if you plan on wearing liners underneath.
